Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your Nine Lamarca purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all merchandise must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, free from stains, deodorant, makeup, body odor, smoke, perfume or other fragrances, and with all original tags attached.

For hygiene purposes, all swimwear and undergarments are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Every item is carefully inspected prior to shipping for stains, damage, defects, and overall condition. If you believe you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us promptly after delivery so we can review the issue.

If you are returning an item because you are unhappy with the fit, color, style, or purchase, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are happy to accommodate size or product exchanges, subject to availability.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return requirements. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days after approval for your refund to be processed. Depending on shipping and processing times, please allow up to 14 business days for the entire return process.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, fragrance, stains, damage, missing tags, or alterations may be denied for return or exchange.

All sale, promotional, and discounted merchandise is FINAL SALE unless otherwise stated.
